The Before Photo depicts a muddy, slurry covered floor in an abandoned house in the Hazlet area. After several days of saturation, mold colonies developed and ruined the drywall and other structural components. SERVPRO crews first sprayed an antimicrobial to limit any health risks during the extraction and demolition processes. The After Photo illustrates the interior stripped on unsalvageable building materials, dried with our advanced equipment, and then verified with meters and documentation to provide to the property owner to assist with the insurance claim.
